Press
4x95#, 4x115 Push Pressed the last three, 4x105#
7 Rounds of :

4 Pull ups, as strict as possible
2x Sandbag to Shoulder
Time : 9'37"
My left arm is still bugging me. I think it is some kind of tendonitis or maybe I pulled a muscle around the elbow. Can't put my arm straight without pain. Sucks !
