2008-07-31 WOD sub

Squat clean
6-5-4-3-2-1 165/115lb
1-2-3-4-5-6
Weighted pullups 45lbs

rest 2 min Then :

Burpees
8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
Straight leg raises

The way it worked : 6 cleans then 1 pullup, 5 cleans 2 pullups... etc. Same for Burpies/leg raises

I subbed 135# for the cleans (I'm not a machine like Coach Clarke, Sterling, Brent or Jamie!!!)
and subbed 23# for pullups.

Apparently I have a great technique for the squat clean... then why am I getting my a$$ wooped by the other guys ! LOL They must say I have great technique cuz I'm soooo slow during the WODs...

Hey, the burpee challenge is so cool. You do 100 burpee's for time. Then 1 burpee the next day, 2 the next, 3 the next etc. until you hit 100, which you do for time again. The point is to kill your first time. The hardest part is remembering to do your burpee's each day. Oh and if you do burpee's in your wod, they count towards the challenge. I'm at 9, so if you do 45 today, you are caught up to me and Sterling :)

sorry we are at ten, so you'd have to do 55.. I forgot because I did them yesterday in the wod, not because I'm cheating ;)

Eh Luc, How she go'in! Hope to see you tomorrow at the deboers! I got my shoes from the link on Clarke's site and as for the the vest dude I think i'm going with the 40 lb Mirvest bra! 20 might be just fine as well. Hope to see you soon!
